EMC Turntables

EMC turntables provide continuous 360° rotation of the device under test (DUT) to identify worst-case emission and susceptibility orientations as required by CISPR 16-2-3 and ANSI C63.4. Available load classes range from tabletop models (≤50 kg) and floor-standing platforms (≤500 kg) to full-vehicle turntables (≤5 tonnes) and heavy-vehicle variants rated up to 40 tonnes. Construction features a non-metallic, non-conductive deck driven by precision stepper or servo motors delivering ≤0.1° angular resolution with continuously adjustable rotation speed. Remote control via RS-232, GPIB, or Ethernet enables seamless integration with EMC test automation software, while vehicle-class units are flush-mounted in the chamber floor with heavy-duty roller bearings and pneumatic locking for safe drive-on/drive-off operation.
