Radiated Immunity Test Systems

Radiated immunity test systems evaluate a device's ability to operate correctly when exposed to external electromagnetic fields from 80 MHz to 6 GHz at field strengths from 1 V/m to 200 V/m and beyond. TESTUPS provides complete radiated immunity setups per IEC 61000-4-3 (commercial/industrial), EN 61000-4-3, ISO 11452-2 (automotive ALSE method), and MIL-STD-461 RS103. Our systems include RF signal generators with modulation capability (1 kHz AM, 80% depth per IEC 61000-4-3), broadband power amplifiers ranging from 100W to 5 kW covering 80 MHz–6 GHz, transmitting antennas (bilog, LPDA, horn), isotropic E-field probes for field uniformity calibration per IEC 61000-4-3 Annex C, and automated test software for field leveling, DUT monitoring, and test documentation. Our field uniformity calibration achieves 0 to +6 dB tolerance across 16 grid points as required by IEC 61000-4-3.
