Conducted Immunity Test Systems

Conducted immunity test systems evaluate a device's resilience to RF disturbances coupled through cables, power lines, and I/O ports in the frequency range of 150 kHz to 230 MHz. TESTUPS provides complete conducted immunity setups per IEC 61000-4-6, EN 61000-4-6, ISO 11452-4 (automotive BCI method), and MIL-STD-461 CS114/CS116. Our systems include RF signal generators with 1 kHz AM modulation (80% depth), broadband power amplifiers, CDNs (coupling/decoupling networks) for power, signal, and data lines, BCI injection clamps (bulk current injection) for cable bundle testing, EM coupling clamps per IEC 61000-4-6, and automated test software with level monitoring and DUT performance evaluation. Test levels cover 1V to 30V (rms) EMF per IEC 61000-4-6 with calibration procedures for both CDN and clamp injection methods.
