Automotive EMC Test Systems

Automotive EMC test systems address the full range of component-level standards including CISPR 25 emissions, the ISO 11452 immunity series (ISO 11452-2 ALSE, ISO 11452-3 TEM cell, ISO 11452-4 BCI, ISO 11452-5 stripline), and ISO 7637 transient pulses (1, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b). Vehicle-level compliance is covered through UN ECE R10 and SAE J551 whole-vehicle radiated and conducted testing in shielded chambers with turntables and antenna masts. EV-specific requirements including ISO 11451-4 REESS battery pack EMC and IEC 61851 charging system immunity are fully supported. TESTUPS also delivers turnkey solutions aligned with major OEM standards such as VW TL81000, BMW GS 95024, and Ford FMC 1278.
